He suggested Vanessa in PAVS in haverfordwest is excellent. They had \u00a31.4 million- \u00a3250k from planed which was euro money,\u00a3200k from welsh gob, also euro money,\u00a3500k from lottery-,had to jump thru hoops for that,\u00a3200k from PCC as long as they housed the library.
